Usage


– glued surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust.
– apply to both surfaces glued with an even, thin layer with a brush, paying particular attention to the corners of the glued surfaces.
– you can join glued surfaces only after the glue has dried partially, about 5 minutes, when it does not stretch and does not dirty the hands.
– glued surfaces press with a roller or a hand.
– Do not move glued components within 24 hours, complete drying takes place after 48 hours.
– when gluing cork tiles, pay special attention to accuracy, as the adhesive catches immediately and it is impossible to move the tile.
– stick only in ventilated rooms.
– remove any glue stains  with extraction gasoline.

Cork-contact adhesive W160(1L)


Cork-contact adhesive W160(1L)is used for gluing cork on floors, walls and ceilings, PVC tiles. Strongly adhesive, resistant to moisture and high temperatures. The Cork-contact adhesive W160(1L) has a very characteristic, irritating odor. It  evaporates after 24 – 48 hours and ceases to be felt. We do not recommend to use it with children and use only in well ventilated rooms.


Usage:


Make sure the surfaces you are going to glue are dry, clean and degreased. Both surfaces are lubricated using a brush. After drying, the surfaces are joined successively by strong pressure with a roller. Do not move glued components within 24 hours, complete drying takes place after 48 hours. When connecting both surfaces, make sure that there are no air bubbles under the surface. When gluing cork tiles, pay special attention to accuracy, as the adhesive catches immediately and there is no way to move the tile.


Storage


Well closed and at room temperature: 12 months from the date of production (after this time may need to be diluted).

up to 2 – 2,5 m2 = 1L
